Peter Waugh holds BLC and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria (1986) and is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.

In addition, Peter has over 30 years of experience in the administration of deceased estates, the drafting of wills, and the establishment of trusts, ensuring that clients and their families receive reliable guidance during sensitive times.

From 1999 to 2006, he was a franchisee for one of South Africa’s leading real estate agencies, managing half of the Pretoria branch and gaining valuable insights into the property industry.

Our conveyancing practice spans over 30 years, covering property transfers, mortgage bonds, and all related legal matters.
